If within 30 days you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, you can return the merchandise for a refund less shipping and handling, however the merchandise must be in re saleable condition , reshipped in it's original carton, and is subject to a 25% restock fee. En Pointe Enterprises Ltd. will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear to product associated with useage.

We warranty our products against manufacturers defects. If your shipment is received with a manufacturers defect it can be returned at our cost for replacement or full refund.

Our products as shipped via UPS ground and are insured for damage that is incurred during shipping. It is incumbent on the customer to examine the package for possible damage prior to accepting delivery.
